How to read the charts
The chart tracks your game turn by turn. Each column is one turn pair (both players acted). The horizontal axis shows rounds and turns—for example, R1.3 means Round 1, Turn 3.
Chart layers
Health — Your Phoenixborn’s current life total. Lines go down as damage is dealt. The first player (teal) and second player (amber) are shown separately.
Total resource advantage — Combines unspent dice and battlefield value into one number. Positive means the first player is ahead; negative means the second player is ahead. This is the main measure of who has more resources.
Dice advantage — Who has more unspent dice. Each player gets 10 dice per round; this shows the difference. Positive = first player has more; negative = second player has more.
Battlefield value — How many dice worth of units you have in play. A 2-dice unit counts as 2. Alterations attached to units add to this value. Destroying an opponent’s unit reduces their value.
Attacks — How many units attacked that turn. Bar color shows which player attacked.
Colored strip at the bottom
This strip describes the strategic situation each turn:
- Dominant Position — You lead in both dice and battlefield value.
- Committed Advantage — You lead on the battlefield but dice are even; your advantage is already invested in units.
- Unrealized Advantage — You lead in dice but the battlefield is even; you have room to spend.
- Comfortable Parity — Resources are even; health differences may favor one side.
- Parity — Both sides are even.
- Split — One player leads on the battlefield, the other in dice; neither has a clear edge.
“With Compensation” means the leading player is behind by 6 or more life, so the advantage is partly offset.
Gold highlights
Turns where total resource advantage swung by 2 or more are highlighted in gold. These are often important turning points.
